CubeLedger

Features

A ledger, not a trading desk.

CubeLedger organizes the balances and activity you already have. It does not place orders, pay bills, or file a return.

Three views, one set of accounts

Personal shows the household. Business shows LLCs, trusts, and holding companies. Personal + Business adds every account once. A trust that owns an LLC and holds no accounts of its own displays look-through value and does not add those accounts again.

Owner on every account

Each balance belongs to one entity. Moving an account from the household to an LLC removes it from the personal headline and the personal cash flow. The combined total still includes it a single time.

Read-only connections

Plaid sandbox and SimpleFIN for banks and cards, generic plus Coinbase and Uphold CSV, XRPL by public address (balances and trust lines, including RLUSD), and EVM addresses through Etherscan v2. A token whitelist decides what can be priced. QuickBooks Online and SnapTrade are interfaces only in this version.

Manual assets with as-of dates

Real estate, insurance cash value, and loans stay on the books with the statement date. The freshness panel marks them stale when that date ages past the source threshold.

Prices with a fallback

A price provider tries CoinGecko, then Coinbase public spot, then the last cached quote. The demo book ships with a cached price set so the app runs without API keys.

Basis on screen, tax forms elsewhere

FIFO lots, including self-transfers that carry basis, are computed for display and labeled as an estimate. A TaxEngineProvider slot is reserved for Koinly, CoinTracker, or a 1099-DA API. v1 does not call one.

A monthly report you can hash

The report states month-over-month net worth, savings rate, category changes, and concentration. It does not tell you what to do with the money. Finalized reports are SHA-256 hashed. Holding plans can write that hash into an XRPL testnet memo.
