Terms of use

These terms are a draft published by CubeLedger, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. They describe how a future production service is expected to work. They are not in force for this demonstration deployment.

The service organizes financial information that a customer connects or enters. The customer keeps ownership of that information. CubeLedger receives a limited right to store and display it so the service can run.

Connections are read-only. The customer is responsible for the credentials they provide and for confirming that a bank, exchange, or wallet allows that access. CubeLedger does not guarantee that a third-party source will stay available.

Figures in the product, including cost basis and monthly reports, are informational. They are not a financial, tax, accounting, or legal work product. The customer decides what to file and what to rely on.

Plans, prices, and limits are listed on the pricing page and in the product config. Paid subscriptions, when enabled, are billed through Stripe. A customer can cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Fees already paid are handled under the Stripe terms and a later refund policy written by counsel.

The customer will not use the service to break the law, to probe other tenants, or to upload data they do not have a right to store. CubeLedger may suspend access that threatens other customers or the service.

The demonstration deployment uses simulated data and test-mode billing. It is provided as a preview. Liability terms, governing law, and a mailing address will be added before any customer is charged. Until then, do not treat this page as a contract.
